This workshop was organised in the framework of the INTERREG IVC Project “Regions4GreenGrowth”, and hosted by the Észak-Alföld Regional Development Agency in Debrecen.
It has offered an opportunity to discuss how innovative geoinformation services (based on Earth Observation data and/or satellite navigation and location) can help regional administrators improve public services and make better informed decisions about stimulating economic development and environmental sustainability.
The workshop was based on the challenges and opportunities identified in Észak-Alföld to build a case study and identify opportunities for new projects and collaboration among innovation actors in the region and beyond to implement innovative solutions.
